I just had my first meeting with Ronan and boy, was I impressed. Ronan was very good at understanding the big picture of my professional conundrum and asked very detailed questions to bring light on every small aspect of it and steps moving forward. Our conversation had a nice flow and I could easily feel that he’s open and empathetic to all the ideas that run through my mind(even the not so bright ones) He was very clear in explaining his role in the process, methods that he uses to guide people towards a position that suits them best.
